Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at info@unboundclub.nl with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@unboundclub.nl. We’ll guide you through the process.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Return Costs
A flat return fee of €4.95 will be deducted from your refund when returning an item.
Return shipping is free if the item is defective or if we made an error with your order.
